I am a City Councilor in The Dalles, Oregon. I work as Health IT Evangelist for Information Systems at Mid-Columbia Medical Center. I also serve on the boards of Mid-Columbia Council of Government and Q-Life. I am passionate and very knowledgeable about healthcare reform, government 2.0 and health IT. My expertise is primarily in health information exchange and electronic health records, as well as the patient centered use of technology.
