Bio:Carla Cross, CRB, MA Carla Cross, honored as a National Realtor Educator of the Year by the National Association of Realtors, is an international speaker, consultant, and trainer specializing in real estate sales and management. Through her three decades in real estate sales, management, and training, she’s won numerous productivity and profitability awards. Now, Carla is acknowledged one of the top productivity experts in her industry. She helps salespeople and managers put reliable systems to work to increase productivity and profitability. Carla’s speaking topics focus on increasing performance and helping people think "outside the box". To help her audiences think creatively, Carla employs a performance medium that truly is ‘outside the box’. However, she’s not merely a speaker dabbling in other mediums. Carla has a bachelor’s degree in piano performance and a master’s degree in music theory. She has been a performing musician since age four.
