Description:  For organizations that want to move their people through change to get behind a common goal with more resilience and enthusiasm.

Bio:  Anne is rumored to be the lost love child of Mark Twain and Lucille Ball. Her entertaining programs are built around a core message that helps people see change in a new way and accept it as a constant so they can take personal responsibility for their future. Resilience is a mindset for success. People walk away from her programs feeling more control, more productive, more enthusiastic and more hopeful. Anne began her career in the telecommunications industry, then moved into insurance, banking and financial services. She shattered the glass ceiling when she became COO of a $1.4 billion mortgage bank. She is serving her third elected term as a trustee for the Richardson, Texas public school system. In addition to her first book, The Leadership Path, she has published over 40 articles on education and family living. Anne backs up her advice with real life experience. She walks her talk! Her greatest claim to fame is being married 32 long years all of them to the same person, having 3 teenagers, none of whom are currently in jail and being voted Best Smelling Mom by her son's first grade.
