Customer Service, Motivation, Sales
Description: Bobbi's "What's Your Blackberry?" talk helps professionals - sales teams and service teams alike - to realize why they matter.
Bio: At the age of six, Bobbi was told by a speech pathologist that she had “catastrophic speech problems” and would suffer a “life-long disability.” Motivated by her mother’s words to “never allow someone else to tell you what you can or cannot do,” Bobbi not only overcame the speech problems but turned a “weakness” into a strength. Her story motivates her audiences to reach for their potential instead of holding on to their limitations.
She inspires Sales and Customer Service Teams to identify and believe in their unique value and then guides them to use that in order to maximize their success.
She has been speaking and training professionally for over 10 years. Bobbi is a contributing author in "Masters of Success" (Entrepreneur Press) and is the author of the book, "Bring Your Business Into Focus."
"Bobbi, through her own great personal life story, showed me how to find my "blackberry" that I give to my customers. Then she helped us see how we make a huge contribution to their lives. I'll never answer a support call the same way again."

“Bobbi will teach you powerful, new strategies that will help you and your staff consistently improve the value of each customer transaction. The bonus is you will find your passion in doing so at the same time.”
Kristi Reagan, President, Northwest Support Professionals
“I have attended many seminars and programs delivered by some of the best speakers in the country and Bobbi's program is without question, the most valuable and useful program I have attended. Bobbi provides personal insight and practical wisdom that is immediately useful. Aside from her knowledge and expertise, what sets Bobbi apart is her genuine care and concern for each participant's success.”
