Bio: Dr Ann Villiers is Australia's only Mental Nutritionist®, specialising in taking understanding between people to higher levels of skill, elegance and effectiveness. She is a learning guide (speaker, workshop leader, mentor), author and consultant.
Ann created the concept of Mental Nutrition® to focus attention on the most neglected area of communication - how people make sense of things. Ann introduces people to the mind- and language-based habits and practices that are vital for wise insight, elegant influence and quality connections with people. She is the author of How To Address Selection Criteria (3rd edn.) and Gorgeous Daring Dames, How to grow in confidence, clarity & commitment. Ann's writing on communication has been published in journals, newspapers and newsletters.
Dr Villiers' work was recognised in the 2003 Micro Business Awards when she won
